Reservation was made. Cancelation was not explained at time of making my reservation. I called to cancel due to not being able to attend our event in. Lakeland. When I called to cancel a different agent told me I would be penalized for canceling before 2-20-2026. Not a good experience.
Bookonline.com is a scam site. Their reservations are phony. And even if you cancel immediately after booking, they refuse to refund. Their phone numbers go nowhere - even hung up on me. Reporting them to the FBI.

I was able to get all my questions answered. The flow I talked with was fairly quiet and I had to really listen carefully to hear him. He graciously repeated info when I asked him to repeat something fir me. He was a kind, gentle person to deal with.
Proceeded to charge my credit card while I was explaining I did not have authorization to travel yet. Now they have to review what theyve entered and it will take 2 to 10 business days to restore the money to my credit card.
