Are divorce support groups helpful

Due to the growing demand for support in this area, additional groups will be offered throughout the year. We kindly ask that you honor your full commitment to the 8-week program, as each group is limited to 10 participants to ensure a supportive and engaging environment. These sessions are offered at a reduced rate to make them accessible to those who may not afford individual therapy.

The registration form lists several start dates, each spaced 8 weeks apart. After one group completes its final session, a new group will begin. A Google Meet link will be sent to you on the day of each sessionplease check your email and add the event to your calendar to ensure attendance. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:This group coaching workshop is dedicated to exploring post-divorce strategies for healing, rebuilding, and finding happiness again. You may select from the available dates listed on the calendar; however, participation requires full commitment to the 8-week program. If you miss a session, the material covered will not be repeated unless you re-register for the next group cycle. Each session addresses a unique topic designed to help you progress step-by-step, so attending all 8 sessions is highly recommended.
